At The Retreat, we are passionate about wine, and our expertly curated wine list is just the beginning!
In the Courtyard you will find our Wine Cellar, with a fabulous selection of wines to take home or enjoy onsite. This is open to locals as well as hotel guests - perfect for picking up something special to go with dinner.
We offer wine tastings, tours of local vineyards and fine dining experiences with perfect pairings, hosted by our wine specialists.
The Retreat is proud to be an Approved Programme Provider for the WSET Level 1 and 2 Award in Wines.

Freddie's approach is enjoyment driven, with a smattering of interesting facts thrown in to deepen understanding along the way. Feel free to pick his brains or simply relax in the company of some of the world’s finest wines.
Prices start as below but please enquire for a bespoke package.
£200 for up to 12 people (Approximately £17 per person, at full capacity)
£350 for up to 24 people (Approximately £15 person, at full capacity)
