Join fitness trainer Natt Summers for our monthly Boot Camps, held in our stunning grounds, and in the gym and studio. 

The Boot Camps are challenging workouts incorporating functional training kit from battle ropes, sleds, medicine balls, kettlebells and so much more. 

The aim: To work all the muscles through exercises that work the whole body helping you to be stronger and fitter for every day life. 

As part of the Boot Camp you will have the opportunity to pop in an ice bath, enjoy a Himalayan salt sauna and be introduced to red light therapy. 

Our Boot Camps are fully inclusive for all levels of fitness.

Our Sequoia Hair & Nail Salon is tucked away in our Courtyard, offering free consultations and a range of treatments to both residents and non-residents.
